REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Participants should register directly with the training center

RATE A

• Member in good standing of one of the following active member associations:
  AAPQ – ANDP – APFTQ – AQTIS – ARRQ – CQGCR – GMMQ – RPM – SARTEC – SPACQ – UDA
• Holder of a permit or trainee in good standing of an active member association of the RFAVQ (you must have been working over the past 12 months).
• Employee of a company member of one of the above mentioned associations.
• Freelance non member who has been working over the past 12 months for a business enterprise of an association that is an active member. The RFAVQ has produced a form for that purpose. The freelance should have it filled in by a business enterprise guarantor where he has worked in the past 12 months.

RATE B

• Holder of a permit, trainee or apprentice in good standing of an active member association of the RFVAQ, who has not worked over the past 12 months.
• Member in good standing of one of the following associate member associations:
  BCTQ – Cinémathèque québécoise – CQAM – CQM – DOC Québec – FCTNM – Spirafilm – Télé-Québec

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a training course if the number of registrations is insufficient. In the first case, registration fees will be reimbursed.

For any other terms of reimbursement, please verify with the training center in question.

TEACHING MATERIAL

Some training programs might include some extra expenses for the training material. The participant will be informed, if need be, upon providing confirmation of his registration.

PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE

The participant will receive a certificate of accreditation for each training program followed and completed. This document will be produced by the training center responsible for the training.
